Your satisfaction is important to us. We will gladly accept returns for any dr. brandt skincare product sold during our View Your Deal sale. If the purchase was made from a different website or retail store, please return items back to the original location.

To make your return request, please contact our Customer Support team via email at help@drbrandt.com or via our toll free number, 1-800-234-1066, to receive a return label via email. All return labels will be a flat rate of $5.99, deducted from the order’s refund.

Please ensure you meet the below requirements before submitting your request.

- Products must be returned within 30 days from the delivery date.

- We cannot accept returns on over half used or empty products. Exchanges will be only accepted for defective products or shipping errors made on our end.

- If you received damaged merchandise, please retain the box, packaging and all contents and contact us as soon as possible for assistance. A replacement will not be allowed on damage to outer cartons/packaging only, unless damaged is made to item self.
